• AI Employees: Customized artificial intelligence assistants for customer service, sales, operations and other business functions.
• Learning Platform: Courses, learning paths and educational resources on artificial intelligence and digital transformation.
• Community: Interaction spaces, discussion forums and networking among professionals and businesses.
• AI Receptionist: Virtual reception service with voice capabilities, scheduling and multichannel support.

3. Registration and User Account

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3.2 Account Information

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of AI Employees and Receptionist

4.1 Nature of Service

AI Employees and the Receptionist service are automated assistants powered by artificial intelligence. Although they are designed to provide useful and accurate responses, we do not guarantee that responses will always be correct or appropriate for all situations.

4.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for supervising your AI Employees' interactions with customers and end users, and for complying with all applicable laws in the use of automated assistants.

4.3 Limitations

AI Employees should not be used to provide legal, medical or financial advice without proper supervision, nor for any illegal or harmful purpose.

5. Plans and Payments

5.1 Deposit and License

The AI Receptionist service requires an initial deposit that applies to your annual license. Prices and terms are described on our pricing page.

5.2 Usage Billing

In addition to the deposit, usage charges apply based on voice minutes and chat interactions. The system does not generate charges when not in use.

5.3 Cancellations

You may cancel your service at any time. Refund policies are described in your service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All services, including design, code, algorithms, AI models, trademarks and original content, are property of Soy Un Glitch and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you accept our data collection and use practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified with reasonable advance notice.
